IO 3.5.7

IO (Identification and Organization) allows for easy and secure interaction with various Italian Public Administrations, local or national, by aggregating all their services, communications, and payments into a single app.

Through IO, you can:

• Receive messages and relevant communications from public entities, local or national;
• Remember and manage your deadlines towards the Public Administration by adding reminders directly to your personal calendar;
• Receive payment alerts, with the possibility to pay for services and taxes within seconds through the app (either directly from the message or by scanning the paper notice QR code);
• Keep track of your payments towards the Public Administration through the history of operations performed.

To start using IO, you need to register with your SPID credentials or, alternatively, with your Electronic Identity Card (CIE). After the initial registration, you can access more easily by entering your chosen PIN or through biometric recognition (fingerprint or facial recognition), ensuring secure authentication.

IO is a project that grows day by day, also thanks to citizens' feedback: if you encounter any issues or have suggestions for improvement while using it, you can report them through the dedicated tools available in the app.
